SHIPPING

Paintings 9″ x 12″ and smaller will SHIP FREE within the US. Contact me for shipping cost on orders outside the US.

All other sizes, shipping cost is additional and the cost to ship within the US will be shown when item is placed in shopping cart. Please contact me prior to ordering a painting for shipping outside the US.

FOR ALL PURCHASES OF CUSTOM PET PORTRAITS

Client must supply photography that is appropriate to paint from via email. Client specifies they have the right to use this photography without restriction. Artist is not responsible for any breach of copyright by the client. Any purchases made that do not have photos that are of a paintable quality will have their purchase cost fully refunded.

Client will see and approve art at sketch stage and prior to shipping. No painting will be shipped without full payment. All sales are final once painting has started. If client does not approve sketches for painting, purchase price will be refunded less 35%. Once painting has begun, purchase is non-refundable.

Turnaround time will vary based on the artist’s schedule and clients will be advised of when to expect their painting.

Artist will own the copyright and the right to show the piece in her portfolio and for self-promotion. The Artist rights as protected by the Federal Copyright Act of 1976 and the Federal Visual Rights Act of 1991. Purchase of a copyrighted artwork does not transfer the copyrights. The copyright to reproduce the works in copies, to produce derivative work based on the copyrighted image, and distribute copies is retained by the Artist. Any transfer of this copyright must be in writing expressly identifying what rights are being sold and for what purpose. Works of art cannot be modified without the permission of the artist. Works cannot be distributed, mutilated or modified in any way that would prejudice the reputation of the Artist.
