The next step is for you to email me your photos so I can make sure they will work to paint from. The files should be clear and sharp. Please make sure to send the largest size image you have. The email address for this is: info@hopelaneart.com.

Please include your name and your pet’s name in the email. Don’t forget to tell me all about your pet and what makes them special to you.

In the unlikely event that your photos absolutely cannot be used and you are unable to take others, I will refund your purchase–but hopefully this doesn’t happen!

After that I will be in touch by email to further discuss your painting, any details or specific comments and the estimated time it will take to be completed.

You are commissioning a unique, hand-painted treasure and I will work with you to make it wonderful.
